Pastor Prescott Sheppard is married to First Lady Fay Sheppard. He is orginally from Pompano Beach, Florida and relocated to Sparks, Georgia. He and his wife share four children whom they love dearly. Pastor Sheppard retired from the Armed Services and started up his own business called Top Quality. He is a God fearing man who believes in what the Lord says. He went to theology school and graduated with his Bachelors in Theology.
